Kim Alfred Jyung-hyun conveyed to House Speaker Mike Johnson that he had delivered the letter along with President Yoon Suk-yeol’s final message written shortly before his arrest. He also expressed that many citizens fighting for freedom are deeply concerned about the illegality of President Yoon's detention and are praying for both him and South Korea. According to Kim, Speaker Johnson responded by saying, "Thank you for delivering this letter," and held Kim's hands firmly in support.

The Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives plays a pivotal role as the effective representative of the entire U.S. Congress. Similar to the Speaker of the National Assembly in South Korea, the Speaker of the House has the authority to assign members of Congress to standing committees. Notably, the Speaker appoints 9 of the 13 members of the Rules Committee, often referred to as the legislative and judiciary committee of the U.S. House.

In addition, as the highest-ranking elected official in the House, the Speaker holds appointment and supervisory authority over key House officers, including the Clerk, Sergeant at Arms, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chaplain. The Speaker also has the power to appoint legal counsel and an Inspector General in consultation with the opposition.

In the event of a presidential vacancy, the Speaker of the House is second in line to succeed the presidency, following the Vice President, who also serves as the President of the Senate. While the Speaker ranks third in protocol after the President and Vice President, their practical power often surpasses that of the Vice President.

During his stay in Washington, D.C., to attend President Trump’s inauguration, Alfred Jyung Hyun Kim, the Korean Anti-Communist Young Warrior, met with influential figures in the U.S. political sphere, including House Speaker Mike Johnson. He explained South Korea’s current situation and discussed how both nations could collaborate to address issues related to election fraud. Among those he met was Brian Schimming, Chairman of the Wisconsin Republican Party, a prominent figure in addressing election fraud controversies. Wisconsin, a key swing state, had been at the center of election fraud debates during the 2020 U.S. presidential election.

Brian Schimming was also mentioned in the indictment regarding allegations that President Donald Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia. Among the 18 individuals charged alongside Trump, Schimming was named in the 98-page indictment for allegedly meeting with Kenneth Chesebro and Rudy Giuliani to discuss the possibility of creating an alternate slate of Trump electors in Wisconsin.

According to Schimming, President Trump had asked House Speaker Mike Johnson to make every effort to ensure election integrity in the U.S. following the election fraud allegations in 2020. Schimming stated that both Trump and Johnson were dedicated to resolving issues related to election fraud and strengthening ethical election practices in the United States.

Jyung Hyun and Brian Schimming held a three-hour meeting at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, engaging in an in-depth discussion about election fraud issues in both South Korea and the U.S. They explored solutions and how the two nations could work together to improve election transparency and integrity.
